We are a key warranty service center for Rotel and Roksan in Ontario.

Northstar Electronics is located in Markham’s Cathedral Town along the Woodbine Bypass. Our address is 75 Cathedral High Street. For inquiries or estimates, please contact us via email or telephone. Northstar Electronics offers parts sales and distribution, warranty service on Pioneer Blu-ray and Car Electronics/Navigation, and Onkyo receivers. Our service is not restricted by location, as we service customers outside of the GTA/Ontario via shipping.

David is a stand-up gentleman and professional. Our pioneer car head unit stopped working on a cross-Camada roadtrip we were taking. I dropped it off with David, while we were in the Toronto area, and he had it repaired and ready to go within a few days, just in time for us to pick it up, reinstall and have tunes and navigation for our return home! Great guys to deal with! I needed a new internal SD card for my Pioneer head unit. It was going to cost me more to ship the head unit than the part it's self, so I mentioned I could do the repair myself and they didn't hesitate to contact Pioneer for me and get the new SD card ordered and shipped to me right away.

Amazing experience having my pioneer radio fixed by David. Did not charge me anything and ended up solving my radio problem of having no audio in just a few days. Even called back a few days later to make sure it was working which is above and beyond. Highly recommend this place for any repairs to pioneer or other stuff they fix.

Brought my car amp in for a repair as it was still under pioneer warranty. After diagnosis they let me have the amp back while they waited for the parts to arrive since it was still partially working. The amp is now fixed and sounding better then ever. However parts took a little long to come. Thanks guys!

I can't say enough good things about David and his repair shop. I brought this to him as I was strapped for time to repair it myself. As someone that repairs and works with mechanical + electrical products, I can say he was highly detailed and professional in the repair process. He was also courteous, friendly and respectful on the customer service side. The cost was fair but the overall service I received was what stood above it all.If I could give the business more stars I would. Definitely... would recommend anyone to go here for repairs.
